2001AB –
A semi synthetic neat
oil cup forming lubricant its superior lubricant composition

A full synthetic,
biostable D & I Aluminium Can forming lubricant that runs much
cleaner and inhibits cobalt and ferrous corrosion.

Cleaner 101A –
An acidic liquid
concentrate used in the cleaning of aluminium cans.
Clene
100 & 101 –
An acidic liquid
concentrate used in conjunction with ACC2 product for cleaning
Aluminium cans in power spray washers. It offers superior
cleaning at lower temperatures, with high detergency, low foam
and no sludge formation.
ACC2 –
A red colour coded liquid Fluoride used in conjunction with
Clene 100 or Clene 101. ACC2 provides controlled etching and
faster cleaning of the Aluminium Cans.
Clene
200 –
The product is designed
as a one pack system and used as an alternative to the two pack
system of Clene 100 (or 101) and ACC2.
Corcoat
NC900 –
A mildly acidic liquid
concentrate used in power spray washers to produce a conversion
coating on aluminium cans. The coating provides resistance to
staining in the pasteurization process and improves the adhesion
of subsequent organic coatings.
